1. Shipping Methods

All slime orders are handcrafted with care and shipped within 3-5 business days.
We use reliable shipping services to ensure your slime gets to you safely and swiftly. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your slime’s journey. 
If you have any special shipping requests or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us!

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total amount, your location and chosen method. Import and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

For deliveries within Hong Kong, a shipping fee applies to orders below 200 HKD. 

3. Tracking and Notifications

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • We’ll notify you via email about shipping updates.

4. Shipping delays

Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to customs, weather, or unexpected events that we cannot control. 

Depending on your country, additional taxes or duties may apply. These are beyond our control.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.
  • We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Contact us if your package is lost or damaged during transit.
  • We’ll work with you to resolve any issues.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final once they leave our facility.  As slimes are personal use items, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons. 

If your slime arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
